Terms and Conditions
1)There is no registration fee.
To be able to start the process the Agency require two references, in written together with contact numbers, one from a family friend and one from a previous au pair, nanny etc.
2) The placement fee:
·£250 for all bookings of there months or over
·£125 for bookings of less than three months
3)Once the client has accepted the au pair, the client is required to provide the Agency with the replacement fee and an invitation letter.
4)The Agency will offer replacement
a.If the au pair fails to arrive
b.If the au pair leaves within 14 days
c.If the au pair proves to be unsuitable within 30 days of arrival
Should Saray Au pairs fail to find a replacement within 30 days; a refund will be made together with a deduction of a £50 administration fee.
5)No refund and replacement will be available if the agency removes the au pair from a family failing the guidelines or terms and conditions or for giving false information on registering, and if the au pair complains of abuse and mistreatment by you, your family, or acquaintances.
6) The agency is not responsible for any loss, damage, expense or injury resulting from an introduction by the Agency to the client.
7)Two weeks notice is required from either side.
8)If the client cancel the booking after the letter of invitation has been sent, the au pair has been engaged and prior to arrival at the Client’s home, a refund will be made less a £60 cancellation charge. If the cancellation causes any non-recoverable travel expenses for the au pair, the family will be responsible.
Terms and Conditions become effective on completion of the registration form by the Client.
